Learning That Lasts a Lifetime

Experts in child development are now confirming what Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education, understood more than 100 years ago: children learn both eagerly and naturally. Every detail of Waldorf education supports students' unfolding cognitive development and their social-emotional learning capacities.

Our curriculum is rich in academic rigor and enlivened by the arts and practical skills that are integrated into the Waldorf method that honors students at each stage of their development. We nurture their current and natural capacities and prepare them for all of the new learning that's to come!

This unhurried, experiential education immerses students in a joyful education that produces lasting results and inspires them to be lifelong learners.

When you give to support our school, you are making an investment in a student's future
and in the belief that education can be transformative and impact the world.

For more than 30 years, the Waldorf School of Louisville has been serving children from Early Childhood through Eighth Grade with a whole-child approach to education that supports growing minds, hearts and bodies.

The Waldorf School of Louisville is a 501c(3) not-for-profit institution and gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law. The generous gifts we receive from our current families, alumni, alumni parents and friends go directly towards expenses not fully covered by tuition alone. Through coordinated fundraising efforts and special events, we provide a variety of meaningful ways to advance the mission of the School.

Your support of our Annual Fund has an immediate and direct impact on our students!
